The City of Grand Prairie adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year’s tax rate.The tax rate will effectively be raised by 2.13 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $-.22. In accordance with Tax Code § 26.05(b)(2).
This application is to be used by developers and property owners that intend to apply for consideration for low income housing tax credits, partnership with the City of Grand Prairie's public facility corporation, or other city assistance in connection with the development or rehabilitation of affordable multifamily rental housing developments (“Developments”). Interested applicants should complete all of the information detailed in this application to be considered. If additional information is requested, the applicant will be notified.
