Grand Prairie Community Housing Development Organization, Inc. (CHDO)

This program is offered through a local non-profit organization/builder within our city. The program provides first-time homebuyers with the opportunity to purchase a newly constructed home at an affordable price here in Grand Prairie. Buyers may be eligible to receive up to $7,500 Buying Power grant and additional assistance from the non-profit/builder if qualified.
