Faulty Weather Protection Violations

During inspections, each code officer views residential/commercial main structures along with their detached accessory structures. These structures are in violation of faulty weather protection if any of the following are visibly present: exposed wood, rotted wood, extensive peeling paint, rusted exteriors, broken windows, deterioration and/or loose shingles, missing/falling exterior coverings. Sec 29-18 (7)
