A Water Well Permit is required to drill or abandon any well drilled or abandoned for any reason. City Council must approve all applications for drilling in the Paluxy or Trinity Aquifers.

After completing the online application, allow 5 business days for processing applications.
Upon completion of the installation of a well, the well driller must submit a copy of the State Well Report within 60 days or upon completion of capping a well. A copy of the State Texas Plugging Report must be submitted within 30 days.
