Vendors that sell or distribute only non-potentially hazardous food products that are commercially prepared and prepackaged, or consist of fresh whole produce in its natural state at a trade fair, Trader's Village, or the City of Grand Prairie Farmer's Market.

Fill out the Itinerant Food Vendor Permit Application(PDF, 95KB) and submit in person to the Public Health and Environmental Quality Department (This permit application is not available through the online Customer Self-Service portal).
