A flood watch is in effect in parts of North Texas from 4:00 p.m. Wednesday through 7 a.m. Friday. This page will be updated as needed should severe weather impact Grand Prairie.

Slow moving showers and storms will likely bring widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain across the watch area, according to the National Weather Service. Localized areas could see 5 to 7 inches of rain.
