A tax rate of $0.660000 per $100 valuation has been proposed by the governing body of the City of Grand Prairie. A public hearing on the proposed tax rate will be held during the City Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on September 15, 2026, at 300 W. Main St., Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

Bolder Adventure Park celebrated its grand opening in Grand Prairie's Epic Central. The 66,000-square-foot family entertainment facility features one-of-a-kind experiences all inside a gigantic pressurized dome, including climbing challenges, rope courses and zip lines and a breathtaking six-story "free fall."
