New Restaurants, Entertainment and Retail in GP!

There’s a lot to look forward to in Grand Prairie! Here’s a peek at some of the new restaurants, entertainment venues, and stores open now and opening soon:

• Radici Wood Fired Grill is open at EpicCentral, 2979 S. State Highway 161 featuring steak, seafood, pasta and more.
  
  
• Portillo’s Chicago-style street food restaurant is bringing its famous hot dogs, Italian beef, and more to a brand-new 6,160-square-foot loca- tion at 3102 S. State Highway 161. Doors are set to open in mid-August 2025.
  
  
• Topgolf is currently under construction at 3670 S. State Highway 161, just south of IKEA. Slated to open by late 2025, the venue will feature 80 bays, food, drinks and fun for the whole family.
  
  
• Rosa’s Café, known for its fresh Tex-Mex favorites, is coming soon to the southwest corner of SH 161 and Mayfield Road.
  
  
• Swig recently opened at 1120 Arkansas Lane, serving up flavored sodas, fresh-baked cookies, and pretzels.
  
  
• Crunch Fitness plans to open a 35,000-square-foot gym at 3116 S. State Highway 161 in September 2025.
  
  
• Harbor Freight is gearing up to open a 16,000-square-foot store at 900 E. Pioneer Parkway in July 2025.
  
  
• Rockin’ S Bar and Grill is now open at Lynn Creek Marina on Joe Pool Lake, 5700, Lake Ridge Parkway. Enjoy lakeside views and a rock-n-roll vibe with a menu full of seafood, burgers, pizza, salads, and more.
