Grand Prairie City Services Labor Day Schedule

In observance of Labor Day, City of Grand Prairie administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 4. Labor Day holiday hours for other city services are as follows:

• Libraries – closed, items can be renewed online at gptx.org/library. All libraries have book drops for the return of items after-hours.
• Water bill payment offices – closed
• Charley Taylor, Tony Shotwell and Dalworth Recreation Centers and The Summit – closed
• The Epic Recreation Center – closed
• Prairie Lakes Golf Course – open with normal hours of operation
• Tangle Ridge Golf Club – open with normal hours of operation
• Lynn Creek Park and Loyd Park – open with normal hours of operation
• Kirby Creek Natatorium  – closed
• McFalls Pool and Bowles Pool – open 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
• Tyre Pool – open 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
• Splash Factory Water Playground – open 1 p.m.-5 p.m. 
• Epic Waters Indoor/Outdoor Water Park – open 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Garbage Collection/Recycling – No garbage and recycling pick up on Monday, Sept. 4.  Please put garbage and recycling out on your next scheduled collection day.
• Landfill – closed
• Animal Shelter – closed
• Municipal Court – closed 
• Tourist Information Center – open 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
