Notice of Adopted Tax Rate

The City of Grand Prairie adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year’s tax rate.
The tax rate will effectively be raised by 2.13 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $-.22. In accordance with Tax Code § 26.05(b)(2).

City of Grand Prairie Small Business & Subcontractor Expo

The City of Grand Prairie is looking for exhibitors to participate in the upcoming Small Business and Subcontractor Expo on Tuesday, January 24 from 6-8 p.m. at City Hall, 300 W. Main Street.

If your company or organization has resources to help small businesses or subcontractors please apply. The last day to submit a vendor application is Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Exhibitor tables are free and assigned in order of submittal. Approved exhibitors will be provided a 6' table and two chairs the day of the event.

Exhibitors must be a resource or service provider for small businesses or subcontractors. This event is not for the selling of products or services.
