Public Notice: Property Annexation Information
The City of Grand Prairie is in the process of annexing specific properties, with the landowner’s consent, and will hold a public hearing related to the annexation at 4:30pm on July 14, 2025 at City Hall, Council Chambers, 300 W. Main Street.

The City of Grand Prairie and Ellis County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1 (the “District”) are considering a Strategic Partnership Agreement which provides for the future annexation of the District into the City of Grand Prairie. Public hearings will be held in relation to the agreement at 6:30pm on August 5, 2025 and 6:30pm on August 19, 2025 at City Hall, Council Chambers, 300 W. Main St.
