		The City of Grand Prairie is developing the EPICenter Plan- an update to its Comprehensive Plan focused on the area between Pioneer Parkway and Joe Pool Lake. This plan will shape land use, infrastructure, and quality of life decisions for the next 10 to 20 years.
Community input is a key part of the process. Residents and stakeholders are encouraged to participate in upcoming meetings, surveys, and events to help shape the vision for the area.

EPICenter Plan Citizen Engagement Event – Saturday, October 25, 2025 – 10 am to 2 pm
- Our Planning Department will have a booth at the annual Main Street Fest.  Come by and enjoy the event and provide input on the proposed EPICenter Comprehensive Plan Update.
