The purpose of Lone Star Meadows PID is to enhance the maintenance of public property beyond the level normally provided by the city.

We Are Working For You

Lone Star Meadows PID provides maintenance and improvements to the existing irrigation systems, fencing, and landscaping in the Lone Star Meadows common areas and provide ongoing improvements to these areas in order to beautify our community and enhance our residential property values.

The residents of Lone Star Meadows (Cimmaron Estates Phase 3A) are collecting petition signatures to join Lone Star Meadows Public Improvement District (PID) to maintain the appearance of the neighborhood, During the first five years, PID projects will include vinyl fencing, monument replacements, and landscape upgrades and maintenance.

If we collect enough signatures, you will not be assessed until January 2021. With an assessment rate of $0.085/$100 appraised value, don't you agree it’s worth keeping the values of our homes and neighborhood uniform? If approved, the PID would handle maintenance of common amenities such as fencing and landscaping,
