Fire Station # 10

810.jpg
Grand Prairie's Fire Station 10, opened in 2016 to serve and protect the southernmost area of the City. This station has a nautical theme inspired by Joe Pool Lake, as the station is located on the "Peninsula" of Grand Prairie displaying a beautiful lighthouse to represent the Fire Department’s continued dedication to be a beacon to the community. Also at Station 10 is an anchor from the USS Fort Fisher Naval Ship, which was in service with the United States Navy from 1972 to 1998.  An engine, ambulance, and brush truck are housed at this station.
