The City of Grand Prairie adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year’s tax rate.The tax rate will effectively be raised by 2.13 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $-.22. In accordance with Tax Code § 26.05(b)(2).
The City of Grand Prairie will host a sensory-friendly showing of Illuvia at EpicCentral, with adjustments made to create a more comfortable and inclusive experience, including reduced volume during the performance.
The Mobile Library will be on-site beginning at 7:30 p.m., offering sensory-friendly activities, book checkouts, library card sign-ups, and additional resources. The show will begin at 8:30 p.m.
