Stressed out by unexpected fireworks or noisy celebrations? The Main Library will host a Quiet Zone July 3 and July 4, beginning when the Library closes as usual at 8 p.m., and continuing until 2 a.m.
A limited number of noise-cancelling headphones are available to borrow, or feel free to bring your own. We will have white noise machines staged throughout the building and a sensory station set up. Kids enjoy our play area and computer learning games; while adults and teens can access our seating areas and computers.
