Due to inclement weather, City Hall will close today, April 28 at 3 p.m.

The following facilities will also close today, April 28 at 3 p.m.

  • Animal Services Facilities
  • Visit Grand Prairie
  • Property and Evidence
  • Animal Control
  • Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens
  • Grand Prairie Police Auto Impound
  • Grand Prairie Police Property and Evidence
  • Municipal Court closing at 4:00 p.m

 

NOTICE OF CANCELLED MEETING:

Due to pending inclement weather, the briefing meeting and the main meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission scheduled for 5:30pm and 6:30pm respectively are both cancelled for April 28, 2026. All cases will be moved to the next available meeting on May 12, 2026, and will be noticed in accordance with the Unified Development Code and state law requirements.
