Air North Texas, a public awareness campaign led by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), recognized Grand Prairie for its consistent and multi-channel promotion of clean air initiatives. The city shared Air North Texas advertising content through 70 social media posts, 12 newsletters, and four digital billboards that reached 3.3 million impressions.
Grand Prairie also actively engaged the community by participating in 13 events, including the Cyclin’ with the Mayor, Earth Day celebrations, and Clean Air Action Day activities. The city hosted its eighth annual Clean Air Industry Challenge, which inspired 10 industries to participate.
