The Life is Grand magazine is back with its Fall 2025 edition, and it’s full of everything you need to make the most of the season in Grand Prairie. Some highlights from this issue include:

• Pickle Fest on September 6, a fun new event celebrating everything pickled, complete with games, food, and entertainment.

• Texas Monthly BBQ Family Reunion on September 27, where legendary pitmasters will serve up mouthwatering barbecue for the whole family to enjoy.

• Main Street Fest returns October 24 through 26 with carnival rides, food trucks, live music, arts and crafts, and plenty of activities for kids and adults.

• Street ‘N Treat on October 31 offers a safe and festive trick-or-treat experience downtown.

• Día de los Muertos on November 1 celebrates heritage and remembrance with cultural displays, performances, and community altars.

• Veterans Day on November 11 honors those who have served with a heartfelt ceremony.

• Prairie Lights Sneak-A-Peek on November 22 and 23 invites you to walk through the lights before they open to vehicles.

• The full Prairie Lights drive-through display runs from November 27 to December 31 and remains one of North Texas’ most magical holiday traditions.

• And don’t miss the Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting on December 6 to officially kick off the season.
