Union Pacific Railroad will be reconstructing the railroad bridge over Main Street (SH 180) on the east side of the city.

To allow crews to safely complete this work, Main Street will be closed Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025 - Friday, Jan. 9, 2026.

Detour routes:

  • Eastbound traffic: Travel south on Bagdad Road, east on Jefferson Street, then north on Main Street.
  • Westbound traffic: Travel south on Main Street, west on Jefferson Street, then north on Bagdad Road.
