Southgate 360 Corridor Plan

In late 2020, the City Council hired Freese and Nichols (FNI) to conduct a comprehensive plan update for the southern sector of the city. The small area plan update encompasses the area south of Ragland Road to the southern limits of the city extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ). The plan updates a portion of the 2018 Comprehensive Plan to reflect current development in the southern section of Grand Prairie and examine desired and potential land uses for remaining parcels in this subject area. City Council adopted the plan on August 17, 2021.
