If you take a drive by the Water Tower at the Farmer's Market on a sunny day in the fall or winter and you are likely to see someone getting their picture taken at the holiday display. Sometimes it might even be a four-legged friend getting her picture taken!
Keep Grand Prairie Beautiful decorates the Water Tower at the Farmer's Market for fall from the first weekend in October until the last weekend in November. Decorations for the winter holiday season are installed from the last weekend in November until the first weekend of the New Year.
