Physical activity program

Yoga for All

Join us for adults-only, beginner friendly, gentle yoga classes. We will explore mindfulness, yoga postures and breath meditation in each class. This class is open to people of all levels, body types, and abilities. Please bring your own yoga mat, and any other yoga accessories you prefer such as blocks, a yoga strap, or a blanket.

Trending Choreography

Warm up with line dances old and new and learn current choreography from your favorite music videos with instructor Stacia B. and leave ready to impress your friends with your new skills.

Main Library: Wednesdays in June from 7-8 p.m.


Jazz Dance

Learn Jazz dance technique in a fun and high energy environment with instructor Stacia B. The dance moves will build on themselves throughout this weekly class, culminating in a mini-performance that will make you proud! Registration: Email jrudd@gptx.org
