Múa Lân: Lion Dance

Experience the energy of the lion dance with dancers and drummers from the Phap Quang Temple in Grand Prairie. The lion, a symbol of power, wisdom and good fortune always chases away evil spirits. Join us at 6:00 p.m. at the Main Library on Thursday, May 1. The Main Library is located at 901 Conover Dr.
Note: Noise blocking headphones or earplugs encouraged for Lion Dance Performance. Limited earplugs will be provided onsite.
Japan in a Suitcase
The Main Library welcomes special guests from the Japan American Society of DFW. Join us for "Japan in a Suitcase", a free program for kids ages 7 through 12. This program will be presented at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 8 at the Main Library.
