Tween Art Club: Candy Canvases

(Ages 8-13) Candy lovers rejoice! Come create art out of sweet treats!

Tiny Art for All Ages

(All Ages) Create a tiny masterpiece! This is open to all ages and skill levels. We will provide the supplies you need to create your unique magnetic piece of art.

Kids Have Style!

(Ages 8-12) Designing and fashion is art! Using color, shapes, lines, textures, and materials, we’ll create style together.

Art Like An Illustrator

(Ages 6-12) Kids get a chance to create different types of art inspired by children’s illustrators! Each session, we will focus on a different illustrator by reading a book and then diving into an art project in that illustrator’s style.

Tween Art Club: Mosaic Frames

(Ages 8-13) Let your creativity shine and decorate beautiful photo-frames with an assortment of colorful materials!

Upcycled Jewelry Workshop

Adults. Design and create wearable art. Combine salvage leather with colorful metal upcycled from tins and cans. Learn how to safely cut found metal with snips and use pliers to secure parts. Make earrings, necklaces, or bracelets - the choice is yours! Guided by an expert jewelry designer, your ideas will become a reality.

Making a Mark: Kindness Bookmarks

(All ages) Save your place with a bookmark you make yourself with this come-and-go program! We’ll have a variety of supplies available and enough materials to make more than one, so that you can showcase your creativity and spread some bookish kindness to other library patrons!

Diamond Art Day

(Ages 13-17) Explore the art of diamond painting and take home your bedazzled beauties!

Paint by Stickers

(Ages 6 and up) Just like paint-by-numbers, you can create your art using stickers! Images for children, teens, and adults will be available so the whole family can participate.

Pointillism Party

Edible Book Contest

(All Ages) Bring your favorite books to life in the form of food! Using ONLY edible ingredients, recreate a book cover or construct a literary-related artwork. Your creation must be related to books/literature/a book character/etc.

Assembly and creation is done at home and at your leisure.

The program is for viewing and judging the submitted masterpieces. Winners will be named and prizes will be awarded at the award ceremony.
