Dancing Mindfulness is for you!
In class, Stacia will provided prompts for movement, but you are also encouraged to explore movement that feels right to you. We will focus on our breath and staying present in the current moment, which is the essence of mindfulness. While the class is great for experienced dancers, those with no dance experience can have just as rich of an experience. The practice is adaptable to many ability levels.
