BidSync Electronic Notifications

The City of Grand Prairie utilizes BidSync to disperse electronic notifications for bid opportunities. Registration for BidSync is free for notification of bids, addendums, and other information. If you want the capability to download the bid documents and bid online, BidSync will charge a fee; or you may always send us an email!

Large Bid Files

Occasionally we have bids that are too large to be emailed. These bid specifications and packets can still found on BidSync, or accessed using the link(s) below.  Only bids larger than 25mb will be uploaded and listed below, and if accessing bid documents via the link(s) provided, please notify the appropriate Buyer, so that you will be notified of any addenda may also be issued.
