Tax Code Section 26.18 Posting of Tax Rate and Budget Information

The City Council of the City of Grand Prairie, TX will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on September 17, 2024 at City Hall Council Chambers located at 300 W. Main Street, Grand Prairie, TX. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider adoption of water and wastewater impact fees within the City of Grand Prairie and Grand Prairie’s Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction. Proposed per service unit north sector impact fees are $1,883 for water and $1,117 for wastewater. Proposed per service unit south sector Impact Fees are $4,676 for water and $1,624 for wastewater. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the impact fee adoption.
