What happens next

A customer service representative will call you by the next business day to complete the process.

Pay security deposit

Security deposits are required on all water accounts. You can pay the security deposit over the phone with the customer service representative. Deposit amount for new water service customers is $150. The deposit must be paid before water service will be activated.

When will my water service begin?

Service will be activated in two business days following the security deposit payment. Service orders are worked Monday-Friday (check holiday schedule for possible delays).

How to avoid delays

In order to avoid a delay in service, please be sure that all water connections are in the off position.

Our service technician will allow approximately 10 gallons to pass through the meter before declaring an Open Line. If he is unable to leave the water on, a notice will be left on your door and it will be necessary to call our office and schedule an appointment to meet the service technician. Additional fees will apply for multiple trips. If calling before 3:00 p.m., the next available time our service technician will be in your area will be the following work day. After 3:00 p.m. the service will be delayed 2 working days.
