Ice Cream Push Cart Permit

Ice cream pushcart vendors require a permit from the Public Health and Environmental Quality Department.

Step 1.Review Requirements

Pushcarts are limited to the vending of ice cream or other frozen desserts.

Permit application requirements include:

  • Completed Ice Cream Pushcart Application submitted to the Public Health and Environmental Quality Department.
  • Ice Cream Pushcart Commissary Approval (included in the application form)
  • Permit fee paid to the Public Health and Environmental Quality Department.

Step 2.Apply

Fill out the Ice Cream Pushcart Vendor Permit Application(PDF, 185KB)  and submit in person to the Environmental Quality Division (This permit application is not available through the online Customer Self-Service portal.)

Fees

The fee for an Ice Cream Pushcart Vendor Permit is $130 per year.  

Pay fee in person to the Public Health and Environmental Quality Department.
