Residential Foundation Repair Permit

Foundation repairs are defined as leveling, installation and/or replacement of piers, footings, or any modification/alteration of any part of the flooring system. Any of these repairs will require a permit. These requirements pertain only to the sections of the foundation that you repair. Existing “untouched” piers, beams and floor systems do not have to meet these requirements.
