Tire Amnesty Week

Tire Amnesty Week will take place from Monday, October 7 to Saturday, October 12 at the Grand Prairie Landfill. The landfill will be open from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

During this event, Grand Prairie residents and small businesses can dispose of their tires for free. Space is limited, and registration is required. Each household or business is limited to 10 tires. Both car and truck tires are accepted, with a maximum of 10 per registration, and tractor tires are accepted with a limit of 2 per registration.

To participate, you must present a utility bill from the location the tires are coming from and a valid driver’s license.
