Let the good times roll with a crawfish boil at Farmers Market on Saturday, June 1. Hundreds of pounds of tasty authentic crawfish will be sold by the pound and accompanied with potatoes and corn. Farmers Market, located at 120 W. Main St. in downtown Grand Prairie, will be open extended hours for the boil, opening at 8 a.m. and closing at 2 p.m. or until supplies run out. Market usually closes at 1 p.m.
Also enjoy Zydeco band, gift market, bounce house and games. The Crawfish Boil will be fun for all ages, so bring the family out for this delicious delicacy.
The Grand Prairie Farmers Market sells locally grown fruits and vegetables, meats, cheeses, wines, tamales, candles, soaps and much more. The market is open every Saturday, March to December, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
