The Grand Prairie Farmers Market will be open 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1, at Market Square, 120 W. Main St., featuring a crawfish boil from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., a beer, water and soda garden, Zydeco band, gift market, bounce house and games. Tasty authentic crawfish prepared by Dustin Clement's Head's or Tails Cajun Crawfish will be sold for $10 a pound and will be accompanied with potatoes and corn. The crawfish will be available arounf 11 a.m.
"I'm a true Cajun from Thibodaux, Louisiana," said Clement. "I'm cooking the way my grandfather taught me with all the right spices in all the right porportions. Good foor for all taste buds."
