Woof Fest at Prairie Paws

GRAND PRAIRIE – Come have a barking good time and celebrate puppy love at Prairie Paws Adoption Center’s Woof Fest on Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival, which was organized by Girl Scout Gold Award candidate Braxtan Adams, will feature a dog photo booth, a dog fashion show, trick contests, a bounce house for kids, homemade treats, informational booths and much more. Prizes will be awarded to the fashion show winners! Many great vendors will be on-site, including:

  • Texas U Can Paint
  • Doggie Do's
  • Spay/Neuter Network
  • Sharon's Collars
  • Petsmart
  • Texas Coalition for Animal Protection

Admission and activities are free. The majority of the festivities will take place at Central Bark, just north of Prairie Paws Adoption Center, 2222 W. Warrior Trail. The shelter will also be celebrating Cinco de Meow’o with a $35 adoption special.
