Watch Video: 2012 National Night Out in Grand Prairie
Grand Prairie residents, homeowners associations, neighborhood crime watch groups and apartment complexes hosted cookouts and block parties throughout the city during the 29th Annual National Night Out on Oct. 2, 2012.
The national event is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for anticrime efforts, and strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
