Biodegradable food service/utensils to be used for office meetings and city events.
Replace two-cycle engine leaf blowers and trimmers with battery operated and blowers (new four stroke technology).
Comprehensive lighting measures to improve lighting efficiency (install timers/dimmers, blackout at night, motion activated lights).
Green building design for new buildings/facilities and for retrofitting existing buildings/facilities.
Comply with water restriction ordinance limiting watering to two days/week.
