Green Grand Prairie Mission

Mission Statement

The city of Grand Prairie’s governmental mission includes reducing greenhouse gas (GG) emissions by encouraging the recycling, remanufacturing and reuse of existing materials, appliances, vehicles and facilities and using "green" technologies and operating to enhance the public welfare and protect the environment for the wellbeing and benefit of the citizens, and future generations of Grand Prairie.

Green Team

The Green Grand Prairie Committee is working to ensure that the city's green initiatives are carried out and communicated to citizens.
