Mission Statement: For the protection of the environment and the public health of the citizens of Grand Prairie and in cooperation with other agencies, the Environmental Services Department provides proactive programs in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner in order to promote animal welfare, disease prevention, personal health and safety, and environmental quality.
