The mission of the Purchasing Division is to procure goods and services in an effective and timely manner, in accordance with all statutes and regulations. We strive to support of city departments, aiding in the delivery of those products and services to departments where and when needed while making sure the citizens' money is spent wisely.

If you want the capability to download the bid documents and bid on line, BidSync will charge a $60 annual registration fee for the city of Grand Prairie. However, you do not have to pay the annual fee to receive the documents, just contact the buyer listed for the bid or the main purchasing office and the documents will be forwarded to you.

Vendors who download the specification from this site need to contact amize@gptx.org with your company name, contact person, phone and email, failure to notify the purchaser relieves the City of any responsibility for providing the addendum(s).
