The Grand Prairie AirHogs open a four-game series with the St. Paul Saints Thursday night at QuikTrip Park at 7:05 p.m. as the Hogs come into the series after splitting a four-game series at El Paso. The AirHogs enter Thursday’s game with a 28-21 record while the Saints are 25-25.

Friday, July 12 at 7:05 p.m. – It’s Grand Prairie Parks and Recreation Department Night. Select AirHogs players will meet and greet fans at the front gate.
Saturday, July 13 at 7:05 p.m. – It’s Fireworks Night at QuikTrip Park as there is a big post-game fireworks show slated.
Sunday, July 14 at 6:05 p.m. – It’s Family Sunday with $1 dollar hot dogs and $1 Pepsi products. Parents can play catch on the field before the game with their kids and then youngsters get to run the bases after the game. It’s also Hawaiian Luau Night as fans that wear a Hawaiian shirt to the game get a ticket for only $5.
The AirHogs come into Thursday’s game with a 28-21 record in the South Division of the American Association. Derek Blacksher is slated to be the starting pitcher on Thursday night. Blacksher improved to 5-4 on the season when the AirHogs beat El Paso on Saturday night, 11-3. He went seven innings giving up two runs on five hits. Ryan Pineda comes into the series leading the AirHogs with a .315 batting average. Andres Rodriguez leads the team with 7 home runs and 28 RBIs to go along with 12 doubles.
