The Grand Prairie Main Library welcomes Playaways, the all-in-one audiobooks with no tapes or discs.
We debut our new collection on Monday, Dec. 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Stop by to see the new collection, learn more, and have a chance to win free earbuds or data cords. This starter collection of 53 playaways was a gift from the Friends of the Grand Prairie Library.
Each playaway features:
- high-quality digital sound
- a pre-loaded audiobook - no downloading required
- automatic bookmarking
- choice of narration speeds
- universal jack - for headphones or car adapters (not included)
