Dr. Jerry Rodnitzky on JFK
Date: 11/16/2013 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Cost: Free

Dr. Jerry Rodnitzky, professor of history at UTA, will speak on the assassination of John F. Kennedy and its effects on the United States at the Warmack Branch Library, 760 Bardin Road, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16.

Rodnitzky specializes in recent American cultural history. He holds bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in history from the University of Illinois.

In the spirit of JFK’s famous inaugural address, "ask not" how the legacy of John Kennedy can inspire others. Let it inspire you. During the month of November, the Warmack Branch will conduct the John F. Kennedy Memorial Food Drive. Canned food collected will benefit the North Texas Food Bank. We welcome donations by program attendees and library patrons.

The program will be held in the meeting room of the Warmack Branch, which is located at 760 Bardin Road, at the corner of Robinson Road. Seating will be limited. The Betty Warmack Branch Library is part of the Grand Prairie Public Library System.
