The city of Grand Prairie Police has received funds from the Department of Energy through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. Funds will be used for cool roof improvement, HVAC equipment improvements, lighting improvements, energy management control system improvements, Photovoltaic Energy System, consulting services, traffic signal coordination optimization, Keep Grand Prairie Beautiful and Green Energy Education and Publicity. |
