Annual City Calendar Now Available 

The 2017 City of Grand Prairie calendars are now available at City Hall —soon to be available at other locations in the city (distribution is underway!).

The popular calendars are free and feature photographs of Grand Prairie scenery, events, people and functions taken by winners of the city's annual Calendar Photo Contest. Calendars go fast, so stop by a city facility to pick up yours today.

2017 City Calendar

Annual City Calendar Photo Contest

Grand Prairie residents are invited to enter the Annual City Calendar Photo Contest. Entries accepted through Oct. 1, for the following year's calendar. A panel of judges will select photos most appropriate for the City Calendar.

Contest Information

  • Photo must feature Grand Prairie and be suitable for publication.
  • Photos will be used in city publications. Credit will be attributed in calendar, but may not be possible in other publications and uses.
  • Winning photos will be published in the calendar. No cash awards will be offered.
  • Entrants must include name, address, email address and phone number with entry.
  • Winners will be notified in November 2017. The city calendar will be printed in December 2017.
