Two Special Needs Poodles Seek Forever Home
Lady Felicia and Sidney are holding out for a hero!
Two special needs miniature poodles are looking for holiday heroes this season. Rescued from a puppy mill, Sidney and Lady Felicia will require a lot of love after their ordeal.
Lady Felicia is an eight-pound, eight-year-old, black and white poodle who is blind in one eye and partially blind in the other. She was treated for heartworms on November 1. Lady loves treats and attention and walks well on a leash, due to her remaining peripheral vision. She’s called "lady" but she thinks she’s a princess!
Sidney is a five-year-old, fifteen-pound, grey and black poodle with severe anxiety. He’s going to need a lot of love, patience, and reassurance. This beautiful boy is a project. He’s not looking for a master; he’s looking for a miracle.
Grand Prairie Animal Services is partnering with a veterinarian to work with Lady Felician and Sidney on behavioral adjustment.
