Fall into Fitness at the Grand Prairie Libraries
Explore a world of health and fitness opportunities at the Main and Warmack Libraries this fall. Our adult programs let you sample while you stretch, step and strengthen. All are free, but some require registration. Space is limited, please arrive on time.
FIT for Health. 4 to 6 p.m. each Thursday from Sept. 7 through Nov. 16. Warmack Library.
The YMCA offers a free nutrition and health program for families with children 6-12 years of age consisting of 11 group sessions that meet weekly. Each session consists of a physical activity and a nutritional education portion for the families.
